5 Months Old

The last month went by SO fast, I can't beleive that he is already 5 months old and it's time to update this again. I feel like so much has happened this past month, I have so much to report!

• One week after Chase turned 4 months old he started rolling over!! He now uses it as his form of transportation and is ALL OVER THE PLACE! He's a maniac. He does get himself into some pretty intersting perdicaments though!
• He eats oatmeal in the morning and baby food at night. He's a really good eater and does it like a champ!
• He started being a little rascal when he nurses so it can be a fight to get him to eat sometimes. I wonder if it's because he is eating solids now, but you never know with him. 
• he had his first cold last week which was the saddest thing ever. It was a cold and he had a stuffy/runny rose and a cough that kept him up at night and made him miserable. It took a week for it to go away completely.....those things linger forever.
•  He loves his jumperoo. He jumps like crazy and loves every minute of it.
• He smiles and laughs a lot more these days. He still doesn't really smile for strangers, but he sure will for his parents or other family.
• He's been waking up once a night, usually between 2-4 but we know he can go all night and thought it was time for him to sleep through the night, So....it means we let him cry when he wakes up. We did it one night and he cried for 25 minutes and stopped but then he would cry every ten minutes or so for about 5 minutes until he got up for the day. I thought it was a bust but the next night he slept from 7:15 pm to 7:00 am!!  WHAT!!??  Last night he did it until 6:15 so it wasn't as good as the night before, but I'll still take it. Let's hope it's a new trend,
• He is such a busy body. He's constantly trying to reach for something or turning to look at something, he can't sit still for anything! It makes Relief Society really hard.
