Seattle with the Hubs

Chris and I took a little vaca to Seattle in May because we had a long weekend and were able to talk my mom into coming to watch Chase for us. It was the first time that we left Chase for longer than one night. We had a lot of fun!

We had to take advantage of not having kids with us and go to the temple, so we went one morning first thing before we did anything else. It's a really pretty temple.

When we went to the space needle they were having some sort of folk festival so there were SO many people around. I've never been up the space needled before but because there were so many people there the line was out of control and we didn't want to wait. So I'll have to do that another time.

I had to get this picture of a random sheep dog for Lacie and then found out it's not really a sheep dog after all!

We ordered room service one morning because we lazy and just taking it easy. It was NOT worth the money we paid for it at all, We would have been much better off with McD's!

Going across one of the bridges in Seattle, it really is such a pretty place. I am a sucker for trees and they have so many beautiful ones.

We also took the fairy out to Bainbridge Island one day. It was really rainy the day we went out there but it didn't stop us. We just wore our jackets and got wet. The only downfall we had was that my cheap boots I bought got a hole in the bottom so my socks were soaking wet by the end of the day. I guess I'll just have to buy more expensive boots from now on....Sorry Chris!

I can't remember the name of this waterfall that we went up to but it was so awesome. It was the same day we did Bainbridge, so it was rainy but so worth it. It was absolutely beautiful! 

When you are standing on the landing we were when this picture was taken you almost needed an umbrella just from the waterfall, it was really cool.
